Instinct Martial Arts… what a great way to keep fit, improve coordination, reduce stress and most importantly have fun whilst learning self-protection techniques!!
I joined IMA five months ago to break the fitness mould of the gym. Being a woman, it was a bit nerve wracking. Once I started and met the members, both male and female, I threw myself into it and it is now a part of my life style. The members are fantastic and welcoming and our coach Jamie is patient and takes you through every step.
I have trained with Jamie for a few years and would highly recommend him as an instructor. He is very knowledgeable, highly technically proficient, patient, calm, good humored, explains complex techniques clearly, and makes learning interesting and fun.
From my experience at Instinct I would say that Jamie is very nice and the gym is very cool.
I attend the kick boxing classes and also have weekly private tuition in combative and kali. I leave each session feeling energized and can’t wait for the next class.
I joined IMA as a way to keep fit and have become hooked, Jamie is a knowledgeable and patient teacher and the classes are different each week. I would recommend IMA to everyone.
