Instinct Martial Arts gym is located on the Riverside Industrial estate in Middlesbrough. Our custom designed gym is equipped to provide the professional environment to allow you to further your skills, whether it be kick-boxing, thai boxing, gaining confidence from self-defence classes or just to raise your level of fitness.

Jamie our instructor takes you through your learning experience at your pace, he is patient, thorough and very clear in explaining the techniques. As a woman with no martial arts background I feel at ease with my fellow members both male and female, it’s a great place to get fit, tone and socialise. instinct has given me fitness, weight control, a body shape, confidence. And the opportunity to meet some great people! What’s not to like?
