Members new to martial arts are welcomed into the beginner classes, where they will receive support every step of the way whilst building their skills. They will then join the general kickboxing classes to further develop their abilities. With a professional time-served instructor on hand to work closely with you, you can achieve your goals whatever they may be.

At Instinct Martial Arts, everyone is catered for with variety of styles of martial arts. Personal fitness and self-defence skills can be improved in K1 Kickboxing, Thai boxing, Muay Thai and IMA Street Defence classes. These are specifically designed by our experienced instructor to give you a full body workout and assist with weight loss, all whilst strengthening muscle tone and improving physique.
